Amusing story of murder and betrayal. violence and plenty of double crossing characters are just a few of the actions that this story will surprise you with.

Worth the time.

Love the story. Love Grover as narrator. Dislike strongly the ending. I just think of the movie ending and stop listening.

Solid funny little noir

Darkly funny and interesting to read the difference between this and the movie. Not crazy about the ending but didn’t ruin the book for me. Solid read

I loved this book, the ending sucked but all in all it was a great book with a great reader. It’s got Christmas, crime, and everything I love in a story, highly recommend.

Entertaining!

I didn't know what to expect, but this turned out to be really good. Surprising and a little twisty and quite entertaining. The narrator did solid justice to the book.
