This book is packed with actionable real estate tips, which are interwoven into fascinating true real estate stories. James Nelson is a great teacher and story teller. I work full-time in real estate and think this book would be appealing to both beginner investors as well as seasoned professionals.

Good read for the more established investor

I would’ve thought more insight into single family home investing would be in this book.
