All the health-conscious seek insights that will lead to a long life.... So, if you want to know what is going to kill you, I can tell you. Perhaps not literally - all rules have exceptions, but if you are in reasonable health and live in the western world, you are unlikely to die of infection. Malnutrition, almost certainly not. The content is good, informative and may be helpful to many people.
It’s a very poor choice to pick a narrator with a very thick South African accent, that I need to keep replaying to try to figure out what he is saying. But worst, he also mispronounces so many words: reservatrol? Ginkgo Bilboa? Alios alzheimer?
And many more!
He should have looked up and practiced pronunciation.
I want a refund!

I love all of the evidence in this book for each chapter's theories. Definitely a thorough assessment of food groups for those looking to enhance basic nutrition education.
