Nobody except Marcus batted an eye when I decided to escape L.A. for a temporary hiatus to Ireland.
“Sometimes you have to press reboot,” I told myself. So here I am, visiting my mom on the Emerald Isle and loving every minute. However, of all the plans I had in my head, falling in love with an Irishman was not one of them. Especially one who presses all my buttons. All the wrong buttons.
I must remind myself that if he is the only blemish on my self-transformation journey, I can push through it. Yet every time I push back, it only draws us closer.
