With over 75,000 reviews, The Jack Noble Series: Books 1–3 by Wall Street Journal & USA Today bestselling author L.T. Ryan has captivated readers/listeners and left them sleepless since exploding onto the scene in 2012.

NOBLE BEGINNINGS (Jack Noble #1)
March 2002. While the world watches Afghanistan, Jack Noble is in Baghdad, Iraq—on loan from the Marines to the CIA. Supposed to be part of the team, he ends up just a security detail. When he and his partner Bear confront four CIA agents abusing an Iraqi family, they’re arrested within hours. Jack only wanted to finish his service, but his intervention lands him in a conspiracy reaching the highest levels of the U.S. government.

A DEADLY DISTANCE (Jack Noble #2)
Washington, D.C. Two agents tail a man suspected of terrorism. When he bolts, Jack Noble and partner Frank Skinner pursue him, believing he’s involved in smuggling. But the truth is bigger—and far closer to home. As the action intensifies, the mastermind sends Jack a chilling message: 37 hours.

THIN LINE (Jack Noble #3)
Jack Noble races from New York to Paris to D.C. hunting a rogue agent marked for death. When allies betray and enemies become allies, Jack faces a choice that could cost him everything—his integrity, his conscience, and his life.

The reader was strange in all my listening it’s odd to find a reader who can’t differentiate voices

Love the story could use a better reader

Noble Beginnings is passable. A Deadly Distance is pretty good. Thin Line is a lot of traveling back and forth with no information, no results, and not much action. It's like the author doesn't think the reader has a need to know--anything. He's just leading us along with innuendo and unproductive running around. If I were Jack, I would just walk away and tell Frank to stuff it unless he provides some useful background information.

The three books are okay

not the most interesting story lines. The narration was mediocre, most of the voices of the men sounded the same except for the two main characters. it was hard to distinguish one character from the other. the women sounded like they had stuffy noses. just wasn't that exciting. the first and second books were more interesting than the third book. the third book was totally confusing. guess I'll go back to replays of Jack Reacher and John Rain

boring narration, average story lines

I just love Jack and Bear. I've read a lot of L. T. Ryan and I look forward to reading all the rest. I just finished the first 3 Jack Noble books and can't wait to start the next one. What an amazing and incredible author L. T. Ryan is!! Keep up the great work! I love it!
