The narration is outstanding. The story was twisting, surprising, and very enjoyable and entertaining. A great book.

Excellent story

Great storyline, clean, cozy mystery. I liked the characters as well as the writing. I stayed up all night since I couldn’t stop listening to the end. I just wish I could find more by this author!

VERY IMPRESSED

I liked that it had a clever hook, interesting characters, and suspicion was spread liberally. I appreciated that it doesn't fall into the trap of being a love story cozy. The story pace is good but it really does need to listened to a a higher speed to avoid sounding dreary.

Best listened to at a higher speed, 1.4 or 1.5

I read so many wonderful reviews on this book and I have to say I was not impressed. I think its because I was unable to connect with the main character early on so it just clouded my judgement the remainder of the book. The pacing was erratic to me as well. I don't think I'll pick up the series if this main character is going to be the sleuth.

Just okay....
