The Legacy Foundation has been grounded since the death of one of their own, but a potential krampus connection changes things. That means backup is coming, and Charlie’s fact-finding mission turns into a fight for survival.

Between the hotel workers, who are acting very odd indeed, and the return of the crossroads demon helping Charlie, she has her hands full.
A fight is coming, and Charlie needs help to battle the evil chanting her name. Unfortunately for her, trouble is coming in from every direction, and it’s going to take everybody working together to come out on the other side.

Charlie’s biggest enemy has made it back to this plane. Before she can take down Sybil, however, she has to know the truth about her past.

waiting for more.

Would love less love story.

For the most part I’m enjoying the series. I enjoy her learning her powers, I’m in book 9 or more and it’d be nice if she’d figure it out soon. I also had no interest in purchasing a love story which this series leans on heavily. Im not giving up on the series because as I said I am enjoying the basic premise.

Monsters are good

I have really enjoyed how the "Monsters" haven't always been the bad guys in these books!

I almost returned the series when I first started listening, but thank to Jennifer Jill Araya’s excellent performance, I am still here. The story sometimes keeps repeating the same thing like a broken record, but generally it’s good & evidently if I am here, I am invested in the story and want to know how it ends.

I really liked this one

Charlie and her journey are so interesting. The story took a darker turn recently and that continues here. Ms Lee is a master world builder with more depth than most writers in the genre. Kudos.
