In The Last Men: Liberalism and the Death of Masculinity, the Raw Egg Nationalist himself, Dr. Charles Cornish-Dale, delivers a provocative examination of the various biological and cultural forces eroding masculinity in contemporary society.

Reinterpreting Francis Fukuyama’s The End of History and the Last Man through this biological lens, Cornish-Dale contends that the modern “Last Man” isn’t just a cultural archetype, but a physiological reality shaped by endocrine disruptors, processed food, and a political system hostile to masculine vitality.

Beyond diagnosis, The Last Men offers solutions, from lifestyle interventions to broader political questions: Can masculinity survive under liberal democracy?

There's a lot to take away from this book and process. I'm sure I will be rereading this in the near future to re-assess the statistics and studies that were provided in this book. Definitely worth a read or listen.

An eye opener into men's current state of health.

Scientific info and current events appear more useful through placement in historical context. The author is correct about the motives and the end-goal of the managerial "elite". Like the ancient tyrants, they fear losing control and regard healthy, self-reliant men as a threat. REN's book offers realistic tips for regaining modern man's lost strength and camaraderie.

It's also very funny listening to the British narrator read quotes from Alex Jones and Hulk Hogan.

Timely and informative!
