I loved that Jessica read the book herself. It is feels emotionally changed and more personal. Every little session with the book felt activating. Insightful, fun, refreshing

Some of the reviews makes me really sad. It’s disappointing to see negative reviews, but everyone has their own perspective. For me, this book was sincere, vulnerable, and empowering. Some concepts felt daunting, but that just meant they were new to me—not that Jessica was wrong. She openly shares what worked for her, offering insight rather than preaching a single truth.

What I love most about Jessica is her generosity. Unlike many thought leaders who guard their knowledge, she operates from abundance, lifting other women up. Sharing openly. She embraces the messy, unpolished reality of personal growth—raw, real, and full of F-bombs. It’s not a curated highlight reel, but an honest look at what it takes to evolve and get out of our own ways. Instead of tearing each other down, we should see our reactions as mirrors, revealing what’s unhealed within us. Because it take a lot of courage, hard work for people to put themselves out there.
