I usually tear through audiobooks but I wanted to savor every chapter in her world so I took my time. Arielle Ford’s patience, wisdom and devotion to studying love and relationships pays off. She’s written 11 nonfiction books so her writing about love and betrayal are rooted in reality. Her love of India, San Diego, food, fashion and spirituality shine through. This book is a delight which I highly recommend. I will listen to this book numerous times. It’s a triumph.

Could not put it down

I loved everything about this book. The story was inspiring, and I found myself both laughing outloud and crying. There were moments that I was holding my breath to see how it turned out and I'm so grateful for the happy ending. The narrator did a beautiful job of bringing in so many different types of voices. I also loved the presence of some of my favorite transformational leaders throughout the story. Hearing the wisdom of Dr. Sue Morter, Marci Shimoff, Bella Gandhi, Debra Poneman, and others woven into Holly’s journey made the story feel even more grounded in real-life possibility. It’s rare to find a novel that blends storytelling with such practical spiritual truth, but The Love Thief does just that—and with heart, humor, and grace.
