Once I understood what Shannon had done - uniting the best ideas and thought leaders to power each of the seven systems in Metronomics, it made a lot is sense and was easier to work within the system. This was a great introduction to the Metronomics system.

I was excited to dig into the author’s Metronomics framework, but this author’s narration was painful to listen to. Her cadence is off and voice comes across as monotone in many areas, making it hard to focus. Rather than presenting the material in an engaging manner, as I would imagine she does in person, she simply read the book as a script, and poorly at that.
