I am a light worker. I've been asking my guides frequently throughout the day for guidance and signs on how to make the shift that has been calling me. After hours of searching for and surrender to that guidance, this book resonated in a profound way. I had a period in my life when I studied shamanic journeying through dreams and drumming. I remember feeling more expansive, in the flow, and just very concious and excited with each new day. At some point, my joy became duller and the events happening in the world became my focus. I am so grateful to the author for sharing his heritage (love you grandmother! Yes, I consider her mine ,too ) As I've listened, the connection with All has, once again, expanded my awareness of love for self and all life. I really enjoyed the narrator and the content! Easy to understand and follow along if you're a beginner and a great reminder for those who have lost a sense of self love and power.
