No spice!!!!

When I say this book is rated PG, I am not kidding! I didn’t realize how much I needed spice in my historical romances, but I definitely do! I almost felt like I was watching a Hallmark movie, which, if you know me, you know it’s not a compliment! The story was really good, and I think in the hands of a different author could’ve been one of my all-time favorites.

Excellent Reading

I have misophonia, so I really struggle with noises in people's voices. This reading was amazing! no background noises or distracting vocal sounds. The story was really good, too!

Simple and predictable

For the price, it was a pretty short book. The synopsis pretty tells you the whole story line. Could have used some more character and story line development. Otherwise it was a fast, easy listen.
