Great listen and great info on mobile home park buying. The narration was a little fast for me but I just slowed down the player.

Lots of details but needs examples

Laura provides a lot of detail on how to invest in mobile home parks but also things that part of acquiring such as the lending process, why to take the leap in getting the properties, and completing the due diligence. I'm an investor of apartment communities looking to acquire mobile home parks so I was looking for more examples/case studies of real world properties that were purchased. There were some details but not the whole stories of the properties I think that's the best way to learn if examples would've been provided it would've been a fantastic book that's whats missing.

Very well detailed

This book is the most thorough one I have read so far on mobile home park investing. I really enjoyed the narration & author's straight forward approach to this book. There are a lot of details so I bought the paper copy of this as well to refer to various sections.
