It has a good plot, a little unbelievable at times, the romance was a little flat, the ending is ok, Nothing that will stay in your mind for long. It wasn't as good as some of this authors other work is. I expected more the ending was abrupt and shocking. Nothing is as it seems to be.

The narrator did a nice job, there are no repeating of words, no background noise and no volume changes. It is a clear audio that she gives emotions to making you believe in those emotions. Her character voices are ok, you can tell who is talking. Her normal voice is pleasant and she does a smooth reading.

It was ok

The heat was definitely there, but I did think it was a story with a lot of darkness and a wee bit shy of enough happily ever after. The rogue just would not stop until many chapters in and this grew weary. The ending was abrupt I thought. The evil doer could of used a few more hanging lines. Still, overall it was engaging and entertaining. Wonderful writing from the author made for a pleasant flowing spicy romantic tale.
