The job offer seemed too good to be true. It was.

Sophie Chen needs to disappear. When a private nursing position opens at the remote Baxter Estate—isolated, well-paying, no questions asked—she takes it without hesitation. Her patient: Richard Baxter, a wealthy tech investor left paralyzed and mute after a stroke. Her employer: his elegant, cold wife Claudia.

Sophie's job is simple. Keep Richard comfortable. Follow Claudia's rules. Don't ask questions.

But something is wrong in this house. The locked rooms. The missing staff. The way Richard's eyes follow her with desperate intensity. The way Claudia watches them both.

Sophie came here to hide from her past. She's about to discover the Baxters have secrets far worse than her own.

The Night Nurse is a twisting psychological thriller for fans of Freida McFadden and Ruth Ware.

I didn't like all the repetition ! It really didn't make any sense. I just didn't like the story.

the way they keep said the same thing over and over again

Absolutely hated this book. Who edited it. Not only was the story confusing but I’ve never experienced so many repetitive passages. Did ANYONE edit this book or is there a technical issue but to constantly hear the same lines over and over was a joke. So bad I had to stay with it just to see it through. Terrible

Utterly unbelievable

The story droned on and on without getting anywhere. I couldn’t listen to it to the end.

Too tedious for me
