Pretty good advice, beautifully narrated

This story is compelling, at times alienating, but overall, comforting. I feel like I have been given some useful tools to combat my addiction going forward. The narrator did an excellent job, and kept an upbeat tone.

Everything we all know... but all need to be reminded of!

This book is a good read and good reminder. Challenge yourself! I’m ready to challenge myself!

her voice becomes very monotonous and what she says is a mix of marie condo meets every shopoholics anonymous counselling book.

Narrator was great, the book was okay, it didn't really provide much information that I didn't know already. Also gave too much leniency, the no-buy year isn't really a no-buy year. I would have liked more information on how to go about this, where to go to get free food, how to sell things, etc.
