A brilliant but socially isolated scientist, Dr. Ralph Carter, has dedicated his entire life to researching the human psyche. In his secret laboratory, he is developing a groundbreaking consciousness transfer technology that would allow an individual's consciousness to be transferred into another body. After years of research and countless setbacks, Ralph decides to test his invention on himself. On the run from his pursuers, Ralph begins to research Mia's life and discovers that she had a network of supporters who could help him. Together with these allies, he plans to infiltrate the organization and uncover the truth about his own death and the dark machinations surrounding him.
