Pretty Good Strategies

Good strategies in this book all around. A lot of stuff that I haven't necessarily thought of around business, investments, real estate, etc. It's only like 45 minutes long but I would recommend since it's less than 5 bucks.

I would have never thought of a couple of the income streams described in this book. Some good nuggets of info in this short book
