Loved the narration of Allie Rose, who brings emotions, heat and wonderful characters to your ears

We met Patricia and Thomas in previous book. Thomas has inherited the title Earl of Ashford and now is dutybound to take a wife.
Lady Patricia has craved after Thomas for years who is thirteen years her old and also sister-in-law’s brother. Thomas has also had a fascination with Patricia, but he will not be forced into a marriage.
We have also mystery and intrigue, balls and parties of the season, and with a spicy age gap.

Loved

Good book

This was definitely a good book. It had suspense and romance :-) I kind of wish that we got to hear more of the story after the engagement, but overall definitely a good addition to the series.

Great romance and suspense

Great story line about romance and a suspense of who killed the count. Beautifully written and spoken.

The story dragged.

Disappointed in the story and the reader. Too much of “The Ruby” story. Sad we waited so long for this.
