A Highly Focused and Relevant Resource

Most of us in company or organization leadership are not working in fast growth tech startups. Here is your book, one where the author intelligently applies principles of harnessing change to allow your company to thrive regardless of the challenges arising from your legacy operations, company culture or industry dynamics. Such a helpful framework, and told in a progressive, easy to follow narrative. It’s an easy listen, but also insightful and challenging. I bought a hard copy as well so I can leave myself notes.

Wonderfully Narrated, Practical and Poignant

Many guides to making changes in your life require you to jump head-first or completely change your actions and beliefs. I find The Pivot to be a well-balanced and realistic way to create the incremental and digestible changes in your business (and life) that can actually create the big changes you want to see. Jumping from 1-10 isn't practical; but you can count your way there, and it won't be daunting, and you'll understand the path you took to arrive. An excellent listen as well; Lori is a great narrator.

Pivot your Plans and Goals to real Results

What I appreciated about this book is that it acts as my sanity check for my Business Plan and Planned Goals and associated efforts. Through Lori's sharing of her actual work experience and self thoughts as carefully assembled strategy, I am continuing to benefit in applying the actual examples towards building (Pivoting) my start-up business towards success.

Would recommend "The Pivot" to all Entrepreneurs, Business Leaders and even Individuals looking for positive and incremental changes to their plan, plans or lives. This book acts as a wonderful roadmap towards success, Will recommend to my network of Entrepreneurs and others with gratitude.
