Even when it comes to the ideas that weren't so new to me, I was fascinated by the explanations behind them. They were backed by scientific papers and references (all listed in the book, of course), but in a simple, nonchalant manner.
What I loved most about the book was it's thorough, systematic organization, which makes it easy to understand and, what's even more important, to skim through after reading. This is a book that I will definitely have to have on my bookshelf and that I will return to many many many times.
Dare I say it...this may be the most useful lifestyle/productivity book (at least on a general level) that exists out there at the moment.

I downloaded the attached PDF and have been going back to it often.
I highly recommend this book.
I knocked off one star because they never really addressed how to manage these issues in a 2nd shift lifestyle or in an area that doesn’t get dark until 9 or 10pm in the summer time.

In fact, I may just head right over to Amazon's tangible book store and buy a physical copy so that I can accentuate the audio performance with the letters & numbers that will tantalize my left brain while I Re-Listen to this jam-packed book that will begin spilling over with facts, numbers, percentages & "step-by-step how-to's" the second you first open the file‼️
