Duty has crushed the honor of the Stalkers in the Stars.

A battle, one they never wanted to fight, has staggered the Queen Elizabeth’s Own Foresters.

Together, both Zuul and human must pick up the pieces and strike at the ones who betrayed both of them.

But there is no time. They must stand together on the field of honor in a matter of weeks, and they must rebuild their units, garner the weapons they’ll need, and find a way to keep from killing each other.

Their foe awaits, leading four times their numbers, and they know they have scant chance for victory. It’s time for the Stalkers and the Foresters to show their tenacity and versatility to ensure that none forget their courage, their prowess, and, most importantly, their honor.

Wanting more stories about the Forrester’s, the Stalker’s, and especially Kaiial. My only story quibble is that Col Edmonds mishandled his indirect fire assets. They could have been decisive, but i guess if they were, there probably wouldn’t have been the final charge and the conclusion.

Excellent story arch

While very different than many of the 4HU books, it was quite enjoyable. My only 'complaint' was the long, detailing of the non combat logistics. Seemed almost like a separate story.

This book is worthy

this narrator is terrible. this should be redone by someone that actually knows how to add inflection and read the tone of the situation in the story. dude has no grasp of how say things where. he's either growling or yelling and it ruined the story for me.
he's ready a few of the books from this universe and they're all the worst ones on here.

who hired this narrator?

The narration was horrible. Over dramatic, sounded as if he was reading for a part in a theater play. Will not waste a credit on anything with his name again. The story was full of filler words and phrases. The word “however” was used over and over and over…ever hear of a thesaurus? Phrases such as “the great hunter” and “the slyest prey” became monotonous. The Zuul were made out to be religious zealots. Worst 4HU book I’ve ever listened to.

Disappointed
