I’ve listened to this book twice and love it. If you’re on a journey of self discovery and development, this book is a great tool. The questions really resonate with me. I hear something different every time.

Reminding Me that I Can Do This!

I appreciate the words of inquiry combined with encouragement in the audible version of this book. Almost like the voice in your head meets a motivational speaker asking you thought provoking questions while simultaneously reminding you that you've got this. Love the book version to slow down and take it page by page. Love the audio version as a tool for words of encouragement and empowerment when needed!

We all need to hear this. There is so much hurt we hold on to in our lives. Sometimes we project it out on the world around us and expect them to understand. But we don’t even understand ourselves & chain ourselves in these emotions. It is our choice and It is up to us to restructure within. This is something I can listen to everyday to be a reminder to myself that “it is okay”.

Short but powerful book. I love the presentation, but the message is what truly stands out. This book is definitely worth the read or a listen.
