Fun and positive!

This story was fun and gave me the good feelings I had from Red, White and Royal Blue. These boys are younger and appropriately there is less of a focus on their sexual relationship and I appreciated that. Too many books over-sexualize the story and create unhealthy expectations in youth. Loved this story.

Enjoyable

Wasn't too spicy, it was a nice comfortable listen. Very sweet. I listened to while working and was thoroughly entertained.

A Fairytale of Young First Love

Prince(ss) Diary that anyone could enjoy. Great story and definitely heartfelt. I would love for this to be a movie.

Captivating characters and good narration

I really wish there were more audiobooks in this genre. The author does a great job of making us care of the main protagonists very quickly, and I love that they used fictional countries--it just added to the escape element of the story. I would have enjoyed a little more comedic elements mixed in as there were a host of situations the characters could have gotten into which could have been an amusing break from the emotion. Also, there could have been a few more hurdles Jamie could have had to face in becoming loved by his country. But maybe there will be a second volume that could focus on some of these things now that the main characters are fully developed. All in all, a very enjoyable list, I highly recommend.

I can definitely see where the author was going, and the narrators did a good job. I just felt like there were not really any stakes and the conflict was very meh. pretty much nothing happened this whole book, but I finished listening to it because the narrators made it enjoyable.
