The author, although not correct on everything regarding the Church, gives a very balanced view of traditions in the Church and explains them. I highly recommend this book.

Very much worth a read

great book, good narrator - but I found it very distracting when he modified his voice for the many quotes used in the book

distracting

I found the narrators voice to be rather theatrical or sing-songy. It was distracting. Additionally, the tone of his voice raised, as if to capture the essence of the female voice, when the author quoted a female. This was profoundly distracting.
