Pleasant to hear but for not enough detail

Well balanced book with pleasant voice and lots of examples but for my taste not enough detail in the technical part.

Fantastic book!

This book is great for anybody looking on ways to start and/or improve their small talk. I found the entire book easy to understand, with clear direction, explanations and examples.

I’m giving this is one star review for labeling middle Americans as bigoted haters. I love all people and my girlfriend is Hispanic.
