Wei Luo’s cultivation should be impossible—his meridians are broken, his core is cracked, and void corruption is eating him alive.

So he builds a forbidden path anyway… and discovers the only way to stabilize it is through resonance bonds that turn desire into power.

He was a dying outcast with “void corruption.”
Now he’s an architect of heresy—building power from poison, rewriting cultivation like it’s code, and turning the sect’s “perfect system” into a blueprint for collapse.

Wei Luo should be dead. Instead, his broken meridians stabilize around a dangerous new loop—one that doesn’t purify corruption… it uses it. The catch? His power only truly holds when it’s anchored through resonance—a bond that blurs thoughts, emotions, and desire.

Mei, the brilliant healer with sharp hands and sharper patience, was supposed to be a temporary fix.
But compatibility becomes chemistry… and chemistry becomes something rarer than any technique:

A Triad.

When a silver-eyed sound cultivator enters the equation, their bond evolves from survival into a weapon—three elements, one mind, and a rising hunger that’s anything but purely spiritual. And just as they begin to master the balance, a fourth vertex appears—one that could complete the circuit… or shatter everything.

Because the Seven Realms aren’t just political. They’re structural.
And the ancient pillars holding reality together are failing.

If Wei can’t stabilize the bond, he loses his power.
If he can’t repair the system, the world breaks.
And if the sect learns what they’ve become?

They won’t be recruited.
They’ll be erased.

Inside you’ll get:

  • Cultivation + LitRPG-style progression with system-like power logic

  • Resonance bonding that scales into Triad/Quad-Core teamwork

  • Spicy, open-door romance tied directly to power growth

  • Sect politics, ancient formations, and a protagonist who solves problems like an engineer—with ruthless results

It’s like a robot pretending to be a human who thinks like a robot. The story was very glitchy the timeline doesn’t make sense. As bad as virtual voice is it’s hard to listen to it when the character acts like a robot. If Audible is going to insist on using virtual voice for more books and take the money and quality listening from listeners then they need more people to edit the virtual voice some of these books aren’t bad they get ruined from the virtual voice I don’t know how many times it miss pronounced words but get frustrating I’m sure there is a way to fix it and sorry for they virtual voice rant but it really makes it hard to listen to new books when that is what we get. Hope this helps someone and if the author reads this and keeps writing good luck and hopefully this works as constructive criticism.
