I enjoyed this one. It was romance with a subtle PNR twist. Romantic, frustrating, heartbreaking, hopeful, and bittersweet. I was prepared, but it still made me cry a little. I didn't feel that it had perfect plotting, but the writing still kept me reading. The title says it's book 1, so I'm curious if this is a connected series or what? Regardless, I liked the writing and will definitely read more by this author.

Slow start but hang in there …

This book almost puts you to sleep at the beginning but is worth waiting for.

The performance of the narrators was wonderful and I enjoyed the storytelling, however, when there's no HEA- I'm severely bummed!! Ugh, it's the worst! Such a beautiful story of 2 people coming together, starting a life together, loving each other deeply. Then next thing I knew, they're broken up and she's married and having kids with someone else! What the?!?! Nope, this was unpleasant and I'd like to get my 15 hours back!

Oh my heart!

This is not my usual type of book! But it was beautiful! I loved the story and although in my heart I wished for a HEA, I still had my doubts. Beautiful love story!!

This book is boring

Boring story, poor character development. I wanted to like it but it just fell flat.
