Sensible and practical advice

Background and purpose was engaging. The final chapters were a windstorm from a vegans cookbook and less useful than the first quarter of the book and so could have been conveyed in a fraction the time.

Great info / too much advertisement for big pharma

Book is nice , resourceful but felt many times it was written for the purpose of advertising for big pharma , too much push for using damaging pharmaceuticals( and other dangerous medical procedures ) , like f.ex. statins statins statins , on and on , so miraculous for human health , but does the doctor really believe they are harmless ? Don’t know , I would prefer more info of healthy heart life style than long essay about pharmaceuticals.
