This was excellent. Great story with fantastic lessons. I will definitely recommend this superb book.

Easy to Use

This books a great diagram on creating an award winning team. I will be honest, I did get lost I. The fictional component, but it was needed to illustrate his points.
Once the lessons were learned and they were discussed further I was really able to grasp the content.
Great book and I will take the lessons learned to further my ability to create teamwork in all facets of my life.
