Will Cannon leaves the derailed train to seek help for the stranded passengers, and he rides through a blizzard to the small town of Spirit, Arizona. Spirit is a very unfriendly town, and he meets a beautiful woman who is in serious trouble. Will has to fight outlaws and Mexican bandits to save the woman's gold mine.

Will and the woman ride over several high mountain peaks with the Mexican bandits on their trail. He enlists the help of two Arizona Rangers to rid the town of Spirit of the gang of murderous outlaws.
