Romeo & Juliet meets Tess of the D'Urbervilles but with a WAY Better Ending!

This series has thrown a lot of loveable curve balls, but The Surprise was definitely that! Tense, tragic, and heartwarming, I loved how different Ethan and Beth's story is compared to previous characters.

Wasn't a necessary read

If you read the rest of the books this could have been included in one page of book 5.. Credits are expensive. Not impressed with this book.
