Incredibly practical.

Thankful for the principles taught in this book and love the direct everyday application for leading volunteers. I’ll be buying each person on my team a copy and we will definitely do a deep dive on this one.

This resource is a great tool for your tool belt. Be prepared to be challenged, encouraged and inspired with new ideas on how to lead well in any position you’re in organizationally, non-profit and church wise.

Bad narration

this may be a good book and I kept going back to give another try but the narrator is so dry it's just hard.
