I thoroughly enjoyed this book. The narrator is well pronou6and has good rhythm. The content of the book is inspirational. It gives such a great reference to the "original" ways of eating, and how our bodies were designed to be nourished. It cuts through all the "smart science" way of modern day diets that isolate nutrients in an attempt to trick the body into being lean. NOT HERE! This book explains how to speak the same food language as your body and help it find it's correct form.

Read this immediately and cut through modern day diet noise.

Life changing... no. Life enhancing! I absolutely agree and consider the science and philosophy behind Ori's Warrior Diet the true way human beings are meant to live.
Remember our ancestors. Who survived successfully and healthily for tens of thousands of years by living this way. After all we have only had access to super markets and fast food for under 100 years.

I have been with Audible about two years, I decided to listen to this book even though it was released in 2013. It was because of the reviews I decided to give this book a whirl. I was pleasantly surprised and liked the book more than I thought I would- because I have listened to many many health books. I liked his simplicity and his common sense.

I feel that this book has good information, however, he keeps repeating the same thing over the chapters. Basically eat healthy micromeals during the day and eat a big healthy meal at night and make sure to exercise. He takes almost two hours to read you exercise routines at the end!! i think the info in this book could be conveyed in under three hours.
