So Much Great Info!!!

This should be taught in school! And it should also be listened to multiple times because there’s just so much great information, it can’t possibly be absorbed all in one go.

Great for the beginner and very nice as a refresher for the advanced investor. Always nice to get back to the basics.

Great information in the book however I wish it were a bit less stories of how they made their success. This isn't the 70s anymore, money cant be made in the same way and the numbers game they used if far out of date. Same principals, just not the right century/percentages. Otherwise an awesome book worth listening to, definitely gained knowledge towards making a deal in the future on investment properties.

Great Advice and Insights

At first I thought the content was dated however, after completing the book I found they offered so.e really great advice. the previous audio books I listened to focused on real investing analysis. this book provides a wider set if topics including investing strategy, negotiating skills, alternate offers strategy and roadmap to long term success. I finished the book with a great sense of direction and an expanded set of skills to help get me started in RE investing.

Great book - kind of repetitive but mainly because they are trying to drive home and reinforce certain ideas and plans of action. I found some of the information in this book to be not only valuable in real estate investing but also in life as well.
