This book is a very good women’s guide to understanding and practicing gut health. There are an array of health issues that are a must to address. This book touches on many including stamina, inflammation, and heart health. Other key ideas are discussed such as intermittent fasting and probiotics. By eating the right foods we can give the gut what it needs to do its work. Supporting the immune system is also a main objective.
