Viking stories without fantasy.

Pretty amazing. The voice actor is still a little dry for my taste but the story never disappoints. This one ends well.

Act 2 of the trilogy

In my review of the first book, I shat all over the narrator’s drone like reading of the book. I must admit that as the book went on, I got used to the narration. Well, the same narrator is back for this one. And I can honestly say, I really don’t mind his reading of the story- which is pretty good except for one glaring part: (minor spoiler ahead) Thor is NOT the blonde haired surfer boy popularized by Marvel. I WISH the author had done a bit more research into the “mythology” Other than that, a very good second entry to the series. I look forward to the third one and am even hopeful that it’s the same narrator.

Great story

Very enjoyable will continue the series. Listening to it allows you to really imagine the story like Vikings did for years with their story telling.

This is another really good book. I loved the first one . this one just rounds out the story really well

I enjoyed this one more than the first, both books are mostly about fighting without much more
