I agree opening the 3rd eye isn't about amassing as many techniques as it is about a few combined simple practices executed by tenacious, dedicated, enthusiastic daily discipline. Everyone wants a quick fix but are unwilling to put the time into it. The 3rd eye is a muscle that builds when exercised. I do agree that veganism is the most pure diet and will give you a FAR faster and quicker connection to spirit. The most famous psychic in the world, Lisa Williams, is vegan and knows this. Your body is part of your psychic functioning, psychic clairesentience travels through a pure body with clarity. The more finely tuned your body, the more connected you are to it and source. Everything moves faster with greater accuracy. That stands to reason. Also veganism isn't simply a diet, it's a heightened consciousness of the human mind & an ethical proactive progressive functional action towards the cessation of animal suffering, because naturally, with great powers comes greater responsibility. I feel he should have walked you through the third eye and did a meditation with you along with the r a k and then stealing in helping in opening up the third eye basically he just told you how to do it and the book is over with personally I would not recommend it
