Very relatable story with real life events! Story line kept me engaged and wanting to know what is next.

Capshaw and Kenzy

So much emotion! From lost loved ones, to new families, best friends brother turned lover stories are abundant. None of them hit you right in the feels like this one. There are a gamut of emotions, all of them, happy, sad, love, haste, lonley.. all of them. There are plot twists and emotions everywhere. Checks all of the marks, like her books do. Can't wait for the next one!

Third Time's the Charm is book #3 in the Beaumont Creek series. I'm in love with this series!❤️ Jack Capshaw is the local sexy firefighter and confirmed bachelor. Kensy is his sister's long time best friend who has moved back to town and is now a woman, not the girl he remembers. The chemistry between these two is off the charts from the start. There is no angst, no weak characters, just normal issues that couples go through when a relationship is starting. Yes, they had some substantial obstacles, but they worked together to find their HEA. Their story is funny (🔦), heartfelt, spicy 🌶, and probably my favorite so far. And poor Jones...I can't wait to hear his story!

The narration was good. Ms. Heflin has narrated other stories for this author. I did think at times that she might have been battling a cold, but otherwise she did a good job with all the character voices.

Samantha is one of my go to authors if I want a good laugh!

Third Times The Charm is book 3 in the series. Those of us to have read the rest of the series were thrilled to see Capshaw was the MMC and not just because he is a hot firefighter! He ends up falling for his sisters best friend. They were both warned to stay away but who is gonna listen when the chemistry is that strong!?! Samantha gives us plenty to love in this book! Forced proximity, age gap, lots of food fun, and several surprises that will blow everything up! Don't miss this awesome book!
