Excellent!

This was such a good book! It was a feel good story and had some very touching moments that had me in tears. The duet narration was amazing and the female narrator was truly fantastic. One of the best I’ve heard.

Love this book

Love the story and the characters. Such a tearjerker and heartwarming story. Not too long and the story flows beautifully.

Heart filling

I’m not use to reading long books. But this was a really good one! I think the duet was what made this book! I did
FF through parts that were too much In Their heads! But was a great listen!

Recovering from Grief

Grief can be life changing in so many ways. This is a emotionally filled book. Reading it just before Fathers Day and even though my own father died several years ago, it brought many tears to my eyes. Excellent story of dealing with death and family.
Narration was ok. W Mercer was a bit robotic, he needs to put a bit of the story in his tone. But when he sang, oh boy... tears to my eyes! H Chiclana did a great job

Perfect series ending!

I knew Parker's story would break me. From early on in the series, I knew that his avoidance of his dad before his dad died, was going to haunt him. My heart absolutely broke for Parker thoughout the series, but I cried a lot of tears as Parker learned he would be OK.

Anya was someone Parker couldn't forget after the first time he met her, but knew she was engaged, so didn't think much about it. When he finds her in Vegas nursing a broken heart, it doesn't take long for these two crazy kids to get hitched so they can both get people to stop worrying about them.

Anya and Parker were so alike in many ways, and yet different, too. Anya was broken in a different way and could see all of Parker's broken parts and knew that unless he let her in, she couldn't help to heal him.

This story had my all twisted up inside as Parker grappled with very real feelings. And of course the end of the series stirs up so many emotions as well. This story was a perfect ending to a beloved series.

I listened to the audio which really brought so much to the story. Raw emotion that brought me to tears. It was great!
