I am loving this series! the characters are so strong and fully developed and the stories of how their love blossomed is so stinking cute.

This is the first series I've read/listened to by Tracy Sumner. I was really looking forward to Zach's story! I really liked his character in the first book. But he sure did frustrate me in this book, a lot. I didn't care for the heroine, Savannah, either. But she started growing on me a bit towards the midway point. The story seemed to have picked up then as well. It took until the end to get a HEA just as the first book.

Kimberly Wetherell did a good job once again. A voice that fits the characters and easy to listen to.

A sweet story

I enjoyed read and listening to Savannah Connor and Zachariah Garrett. Savannah is a woman that likes to fight for freedom and a rally organizer. She has came to Pilot Isle, North Carolina to help a friend. While she is there she gets a new cause. But quickly finds herself at odds with the town Constable.

Zachariah Garrett is a widow and has a son. He is also the town' s constable. He has vowed to never marry again but something happens that will make him marry again.

The story had a lot of funny parts that made me laugh.  And all the characters were nicely described too.
And the narrative also did a good reading the story it felt like I was there with the characters.
