Not the best reader, long pauses and changes pronunciation of names or words frequently in the first chapters. Will not be finishing.

The worst Audible narrator

The monotone of the narrator and the lack of distinction for any part of the subject matter was inexcusable. How can one tell if the book is a deserved classic if the story is read that way? Audible should remove this book until a new narrator with some expression in her voice is found and used.

Found narrator terrible. Couldn't listen for more than 15 min. Book is great. Find a version with a different narrator. Narrator has done nearly 500 books on Audible and his performance is the low point of every review I checked. Nothing personal Mr. Deaver Brown and I wish you great success. You are just not for me.

Very Poor Production

Narrator very bad, Staccato performance, pauses in wrong places, difficult to listen to. Another version narrated by Nicole Kidman far superior.
