gripping narrative and perspective

an excellent accounting of an event we all know at least a little about. the narrator was perfect for this book. I will definitely listen to this one again.

The Wild Wild West

Clavin does an incredible job breathing life into a legend of the Old West. Wyatt Earp and Virgil Earp and families plus Doc Holliday gunning it out at the O.K. Coral! Such background and depth! We romanticize The West so much and we believe it went on for years and years but it actually was about a 20 yr flash of history post Civil War. Worth the time to read. I’ll be your Huckleberry

Clavin is a master at organizing historical details that help his audience understand backstory and the context. In Dodge City and Tombstone he assembles jigsaw puzzles of history. Love his books.

Great Audio Book

This has to be without a doubt the absolute best Tombstone audio book ever written and performed. I'm very happy to have purchased it.

Great detailed accounting

I very much enjoyed this book. Listened to it twice. Great story that most people have never heard of
