Jack tells stories about the great teachers who have influenced him on his path, Ajahn Chah, Dipa Ma, Chögyam Trungpa Rinpoche, and Tenzin Gyatso his Holiness the Dalai Lama. This series is full of laughs, tears, and insight. I highly recommend it.

Superb!

I write this as a strong fan of everything Jack does. I have purchased all his work. I really enjoyed this! I was hoping that it had new material and I was not disappointed. It didn't duplicate lots of old work and held many new concepts. I really enjoyed the recording and there was not a lot of loud laughing or background noises as can be found in live recordings.

Jack's work, and especially this one, I leave on all night listening. After listening all night I woke-up happy and serene. Jack has a gentle, kind voice and a really enjoyable audio narration style.

These are delivered in fights sometimes short in the 6 to 10 minute range, and sometimes longer. I didn’t listen all the way through. I chose to engage this book as I would a practice, sitting and listening as I drove, or cleaned my house, or just sat and meditated when he rang the bell.
