Matt is reincarnated as a Tree.

Not just any tree, but an overpowered one in a fantasy world that serves as the battlefield for an ongoing conflict between demons and the heroes summoned to oppose them.

But Matt can be a great tool against the evil forces. TreeTree (as Matt comes to be known) will learn all sorts of skills, gain levels, and in doing so, build up a forest, train young subordinates, protect a village, and more.

Don't miss the start of an epic reincarnation/Isekai LitRPG story about a man who becomes a tree, growing and progressing throughout the ages in an eternal conflict against a demon incursion.

the voice acting is good
but the author and the Mc judges the world as awful. then in their high and mighty point of view. extorted refugees of a genocide and makes people trade their soul for a few trees he benefits from. all the while he's so concerned about people getting things for free

The story was great but all I could hear was the narrator sounding like he had a mouth full of spit.

spit in the mouth

I think you could probably listen to the first 20 minutes then skip the following 2 hours and not miss much. I do find myself intrigued enough to get the next book on sale though.

Very slow beginning, kind of slow middle, and an interesting end.

The only complaint is about the quality of the recording of the narrator. It picked up a bunch of mouth sounds that were unpleasant to hear and took away from the story. The narrator was pleasant to listen to other than the quality of the recording.

Good listen

There are time skips but I felt compelled to mention the MC is a tree and it takes roughly 50 years for the action stuff to really take off

Not quick
