Solid book on Trend Following and one of it’s greatest practitioners

Like all of Covel’s books this one is to the point yet not brief. Detailed but not boring. Biased yet filled with facts and tons of experience to back his trend following bias. If you’re into trading the markets and are searching for some genuine methods Covel can lead you to several genuine traders who have made fortunes using this one.

Good content, but bad audio presentation

The book had lot of good content, but narration is not good, especially when majority of these are interviews.

Psychology is key

Tom has a great insight how to look at your life as a trader . There are thousands of strategies and systems we can apply. But to trade well it’s what goes on in your grey matter . No matter how we might like to minimize this we learn from this book that mindset will be the determining factor is our success. Great read .

Repetitive, poor format

I love Tom Basso and Covel. But this is too repetitive.The silver trade story is told 3 or 4 times... also lot of stuff just copied from podcasts and pasted here. Small talk and unecessary stuff also there.

Not worth it

Covel took a few old interviews and put them into a book. Seems like he just wanted to make some easy money. Nothing new here.
