Lexi is a survivor; she has spent her whole life moving from one abusive foster home to the next, until she decided to take charge of her own life. Living in abandoned buildings, couch surfing, and working at a strip clubs were a huge improvement on what she had before. All she needs is enough money to feed herself, finish high school, and hopefully go to college.

She has a plan. That is until she is caught and sent to live with a strange foster family upstate.

Rafferty King was forced like Lexi to this new foster home, but he fits in better. And that's saying something for a total misfit. Hot as hell and getting into fights, while ignoring her existence. Whatever.

Then there are the twins Ranger and Maverick, also known as "The joker and The Loner". They know who she is and give her the new-girl treatment with which she is all too familiar.

And how can a history teacher look that hot? There should be rules against that kind of thing. But there is something about Galen Donovani that has Lexi feeling safe when he is near. While everyone else avoids him.

What the hell is going on in the state of Washington? And why are there so many wolves roaming at Port Willow High?

This is a slower burn, RH shifter book. I actually like it a lot, though I thought some parts were a little melodramatic. It's definitely worth the credit.

I like this a lot

I completely devoured this whole series!!! It was way too good to put down. I love any shifter related book, add a hot Vampire teacher and swoon lol. The story kept me guessing, was action-packed, and was super spicy.
The first book is a slow burn but once it heats up It's hot 🔥
I listened to it on audible and loved the narration. This book is the book that made me obsessed with reverse harems.
It's a must for any paranormal romance fan!
The whole series is on kindle unlimited 😘

It's a good super natural story. I like how she is not a typical element/ shifter. I think both narrators do a great job, my only issue is we've female when she's narrating the guys pov during intimate/sexy tunes she's really rushed and flat. she talks about food more seductively than sexy time scenes. but over all I'm liking and and on top the rest of the series

Enjoyable

once you get past all the stupid cussing and too much of the wildness it's amazing book but yeah I don't understand why people have to be cussing and books to make a good story I don't get that it just seems like you ain't got no respect or no sense but other than that that's the only bad thing I can say about this book in this series and yeah it's like tone down the language people you don't have to say the f word and all these other ones almost every sentence and then but yes I do highly recommend this I loved it I can't believe it ended the way it did I can't wait to read the next one cuz I was like oh no I know you ain't about to kill off The Vampire galum and this

absolutely love this book highly recommend it can't wait to the next one
