Good Information

I really enjoyed the information. It will definitely help me visualize better. I would recommend listening more than once.

Boring voice

Takes way too long to get to visualization. Voice is robotic and not soothing. Would not recommend.

Started out good then took a turn

This started out good, the relaxation part was fine, but when the visualization part started, with a different speaker, I was jarred out of the relaxed state I was in by his abrupt fast-talking voice. The speaker was talking so quickly that I wasn't able to form any image at all and could barely keep up. I was so annoyed and I turned it off after about 3 minutes, then lay awake trying to get relaxed again for the next hour. Any benefit I received for the first few minutes was gone as soon as the visualization speaker started. This isn't how visualization works gentlemen. You can do better, and I really hope you do.
