Excellent!

I wasn't 100% sure where this book was going when I started it, but I was hooked. It was exciting, well written, and well narrated. I have read some of CA's books, but this is by far my favorite!

A Great Start To A New Series

I really enjoyed the story and characters, but just when it got to where I didn't want to stop listening...It stopped! All good books should at least be 9 hours long, not 6 hours 52 minutes! I can't wait for the next book!

Love the merge of apocalyptic and spy novel

The fresh combination of preparedness and (very mild) Jack Ryan type of book. Very nice! Story is captivating and not to much of the “gun blazing have the whole world in my backpack prepper” bs. So all in all I would recommend it and will get the next book

I just want more...

One of the biggest compliments I can give a book is that I want more of it. Some books seem to go on forever and I'm almost happy when I hear "Audible hopes you have enjoyed this program". This is not one of those books that made me happy to hear that phrase. In fact, I was kinda disappointed when I heard them. This story captivated me and I can't wait to hear more books in this series!

Warning, this book ends on a cliffhanger so you've been warned.

Also, I want to give huge praise to the narrator. I thoroughly enjoyed this book and I know that the narration played a huge role in it.

Great story, can't wait for the next book.

I enjoyed the story of this book, did a good job of building the characters. Kept me wondering what was going to happen next and the conspiracy behind it all. Felt that it ended with too soon, but that is how you sell books :)
The only slight criticism I have is how gun rights were brought into this book, it felt a bit awkward in the story line, would have been just as good without that. Unless it plays more into future volumes of this story.
